Tell us: have you been affected by the strikes at Edinburgh, Dundee or Nottingham universities?

Students at Edinburgh, Dundee and Nottingham face a term without any teaching due to staff strikes as the higher education sector struggles with rising financial uncertainty.

University and College Union (UCU) members in Edinburgh launched their industrial action on 28 September, while their colleagues at the University of Dundee were embarking on a five-week strike. UCU members at the University of Nottingham announced a further round of strikes starting on Monday 5 October and lasting until the end of the semester in December.

We would like to hear from students and staff who are affected by the strikes about their thoughts on the industrial action.
