Sharon Osbourne has revealed she’s been left with a permanent indentation in her face following a botched round of plastic surgery.
The music manager and television personality, who was married to the rock star Ozzy Osbourne, has been open about the multiple procedures she has undergone to retain a youthful appearance, as well as the surgeries that have gone awry.
Speaking on The Osbournes podcast with her son Jack, Sharon said that she was left with a black line along her upper lip and down to her chin from an unnamed operation, which has left her with permanent scarring.
“I have an indentation left from it here, all the way down here,” she said, while moving her finger across the lower half of her face. “I think the surgeon left it to his mate to do [it]. I think he took a phone call and then his mate [finished the job].”
She continued: “You go and you complain and you go there. And then he starts injecting, and you go, ‘What is in this that you’re injecting me with?’ And he says, ‘Don’t worry, it’s my special concoction. It’ll work!’ And it didn’t f***ing work.”

She added, however, that she doesn’t want pity from anyone.
“It’s not like I earn my living out of my f***ing face,” she said. “I f***ed up. It’s my choice. That’s what I get.”
Osbourne also said that she deliberately covers up her “wrinkly” arms, and that plastic surgery on her face won’t halt the signs of ageing elsewhere.
“You’ve got a face that looks 50, and a body that looks your age,” she said.
Osbourne previously described her 2021 facelift as “the worst thing I ever did”.
She told The Times in 2023 that she “looked like Cyclops” after the operation. “I had one eye here and one eye there and my mouth was all skewwhiff, and then I had to wait for that to heal before I could go back and have it corrected.”

In June, Osbourne hit back at criticism over her family’s decision to sell the image rights of their late patriarch Ozzy – who died in 2025 at the age of 76 – to an AI company.
“Technology moves on,” she said. “And I’m sorry for those people. I’m not asking you to come. I don’t want your f***ing money. I don’t need your f***ing money. I’m doing very well, actually. For somebody to turn around to me and say I’m doing a cash grab? No, you don’t know my husband, OK? I know my husband.”
In September, Osbourne’s daughter Kelly addressed her mother’s support for the far-right figure Tommy Robinson.
Kelly was asked about her mother’s sharing of her approval for a “Unite the Kingdom” rally organised by Robinson.
