Mehmet Bulut, 31 (Image: Police) A failed asylum seeker who arrived in Britain on a small boat has been jailed for six years for trying to rape a woman in a terrifying late-night attack. Mehmet Bulut, 31, followed the woman near a subway in Hereford before launching the violent and sustained assault, which was caught on CCTV. Worcester Crown Court heard Bulut arrived in the UK on a small boat on Boxing Day 2022. But prosecution barrister Simon Phillips said immigration later withdrew his asylum application due to non-compliance, making him an absconder. The court heard Bulut was lurking near the subway when he followed the woman before attacking her at around 4am on Sunday, August 2. Mr Phillips said Bulut removed some of the victim’s clothing as he tried to rape her before initially walking off.But he then returned to the victim and attacked her again. The woman told Bulut to “f*** off”, to which he replied: “Just sex, just sex,” the court heard. Police later received information that Bulut was working at a …

A Meta spokesperson highlighted Muse’s system prompt, which guides the tool on how to answer questions from users, regarding the generation of explicit content. “Adults have autonomy over their sexuality, and sexual expression is an ordinary part of adult life. Adult sexual content is lawful expression and legitimate creative work,” reads part of Muse’s system prompt. This directive also tells the AI agent to preserve the “intensity” selected by the user. Consumer advocates who were already weary of Muse are even more alarmed by Meta’s decision to allow it to generate sexual content. “It reflects a carelessness with their signature product of the moment,” says Ben Winters, director of AI and privacy at the nonprofit Consumer Federation of America. “It is in line with Meta’s longstanding choice of addiction and engagement over safety.” Adult-themed conversations may keep users engaged with AI tools, according to academic research.
