In tonight’s Emmerdale, Vinny reaches breaking point and confesses his guilt over the crash – but is he trusting the wrong person?
Meanwhile, DS Ramsden ruins an important occasion for Charity, Sadie snoops around behind Nicola’s back, and Kim puts pressure on Joe to sort himself out.

1. Vinny breaks down
Vinny’s guilt over the crash overwhelms him and when Gabby finds him in a bad way, she realises that she’s been right with her theory about the crash all along.
Is Gabby willing to keep her ex’s devastating secret, especially with the consequences so close to home?
2. Kev urges Vinny to be honest
Vinny’s worries intensify when he fears that Kev overheard his conversation with Gabby. Sensing that something is wrong, Kev encourages Vinny to open up and promises a non-judgemental response to anything that he wants to share.
Cautiously believing he can trust Kev, Vinny tells him the truth about the crash but is mortified when the ex-con reacts angrily. Has Vinny made a big mistake by letting his guard down around Lewis’s unpredictable father?
3. DS Ramsden strikes again
On the day of Dr Todd’s funeral, Charity tries to take her mind off the evil abuser by gathering her family together for a meal.
DS Ramsden gatecrashes the occasion and summons Charity to the police station to review her original statement about Dr Todd’s death, which no longer matches the evidence…
4. Sarah breaks her silence
Fearing for Charity’s future, Sarah decides that it’s time to tell Mack who really killed Dr Todd.
Serena is alarmed that the pact of silence she’d struck with Charity and Sarah is already crumbling. Could she be implicated in the fallout?
5. Sadie asks to be involved in Jimmy’s funeral
Sadie reaches out to Nicola by offering to support her through her grief. She also asks to play a part in planning for Jimmy’s funeral and is surprised when her rival agrees.
Later, Sadie seizes an opportunity to snoop around Nicola’s home, but what is she looking for?
6. Kim gets tough with Joe
Kim is starting to lose patience with Joe’s response to Dawn’s death, especially as he has a newborn son who needs him.
Amid fears that Joe could put his child up for adoption, Kim is adamant that she won’t let that happen. But is this one Tate family drama that Kim will have no control over?
