Baby Reindeer’s ‘real Martha’ criticises Piers Morgan after interview

The woman who allegedly inspired the character of Martha in Netflix’s hit drama Baby Reindeer has criticised Piers Morgan after he interviewed her this week.  Scottish lawyer Fiona Harvey appeared on Piers’ YouTube show Uncensored to “set the record straight” about allegations depicted in the Netflix drama.  In the series written by and starring comedian Richard Gadd, his character Donny Dunn is relentlessly stalked by a middle-aged woman named Martha, who becomes obsessed with him after he offers her a free cup of tea during a pub shift.  Fiona Harvey appeared on Piers Morgan’s Youtube show During her interview with Piers, Martha described the drama as a “work of fiction” and “hyperbole”, denying claims that she stalked the comedian, attacked his girlfriend and sent him 41,000 emails, hundreds of voice messages and 106 letters.  Fiona has now revealed she felt “used” by Piers, who she said placed “a heavy emphasis” on the amount of emails she allegedly sent to Richard.  © Ed Miller/NetflixJessica Gunning portrays Martha in Baby Reindeer “There was a heavy emphasis from …

It’s only been a few months since Call the Midwife’s 13th season drew to a close, but we’re already counting down the days until we’re back at Nonnatus House.  The tear-jerking series 13 finale focused on two major storylines. BBC Breakfast star Ben Thompson marked the end of an era on the BBC on Tuesday as he said goodbye to the long-running news show World Business Report, which has been axed after 30 years.  At the end of the programme’s final show, Ben told viewers: “After more than 30 years, we’re going to say goodbye to World Business Report. It’s good news for fans of the BBC’s The Travelling Auctioneers, as the hit daytime show is returning for a third season. BBC Daytime has commissioned a new 20-episode series, with production already underway. The popular show, which first launched in 2022, sees auctioneering experts team up with masters of restoration to uncover hidden gems in family homes which, with a little bit of care, can be turned into winning lots at auction.   WATCH: Have you caught up with season 2? Helen George has shared a new photo from the set of Call the Midwife series 14 – and it looks like Trixie has changed up her look! The actress, who has played the beloved character since season one, shared a stunning mirror selfie showing the midwife rocking a shorter, sleek platinum blonde bob haircut, featuring a fringe.  While in series 12, Trixie opted for a slightly longer cut with a side parting, it looks like her style is evolving as the show moves into the 1970s.
