The Los Angeles Police Department has confirmed that Rihanna’s California home was targeted by gunfire over the weekend. A woman in her early 30s has been arrested and detained after stopping in a car outside the singer’s property in Beverly Hills on Sunday afternoon, and firing numerous shots. One round is reported to have penetrated one of the walls of the property, where Rihanna was at home at the time, according to a police “source” who spoke to the Los Angeles Times. No injuries have been reported, a police rep has confirmed. As reported by CBS News, the suspect was found in a white Tesla around eight miles from Rihanna’s home. Seven “assault rifle casings” have been found by the police, and the weapon used in the shooting has been recovered.
