Murder arrest after 21-year-old woman dies following fight in east London

Teddi Baker (Met Police) A woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a 21-year-old woman died the day after she was involved in a fight in east London. The young victim, named by police on Monday as Teddi Baker, was found unconscious at a residential property in Stainsby Road, Limehouse, around 8.25am on February 8. Emergency responders fought to save her life, but she was pronounced dead at the scene. A woman aged in her 20s has been arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with Ms Baker’s death. She has been released on police bail to return at a later date, said police. It is understood Ms Baker was involved in a fight with around five other people the night before her “extremely tragic” death.
