Good evening and welcome to live coverage of the Premier League match between Brighton & Hove Albion and the champions Manchester City. Since their promotion under Chris Hughton in 2017, Albion have played City 13 times in league matches, winning one, drawing one and losing the other 11. Even the victory, at the fag end of the 2020-21 season, came when City had already won the title but Dan Burn’s winner at the Amex still had Sussex by the Sea raising the rafters for Graham Potter’s side as they forged ahead of Burnley to finish 16th. The Apprentice is over for another year, and the winner has been revealed! After a gripping finale, it emerged that Rachel Woolford was selected to be Lord Alan Sugar’s new business partner, taking home the incredible £250,000 investment for their business.  Speaking about the win, Rachel promised she wouldn’t let Lord Sugar “down” while fans on X, formerly known as Twitter, also had their say. Taking to the social media platform, one person wrote: “THE RIGHTFUL WINNER OF THE APPRENTICE 2024!! YESS RACHEL,” while another person added: “I felt throughout this whole episode that it was so edited for Phil to win. With the App Store and app ecosystem undergoing major changes in the European Union, The Wall Street Journal today shared a profile on ‌App Store‌ chief Phil Schiller, who is responsible for the ‌App Store‌. Though Schiller transitioned from marketing chief to “Apple Fellow” in 2020 to take a step back from Apple and spend more time on personal projects and friends, he is reportedly working close to 80 hours a week. Schiller is known for responding to emails almost immediately, and answering phone calls at all hours. He testified during the Epic v. Apple lawsuit to ardently defend the ‌App Store‌, and he is involved in Apple’s EU messaging as well. Schiller joined in on Apple PR calls with members of the media when the iOS 17.4 changes were announced, and he spent time explaining how the DMA will impact user privacy and security in Europe.
