Latest phase at Bromsgrove Enterprise Park almost fully let, says GJS Dillon

Worcestershire property agency GJS Dillon has announced that Phase 2 of Sapphire Court at Bromsgrove Enterprise Park is now almost fully let, with only one unit remaining. Construction work on the scheme, which covers a total footprint of 61,550 sq ft, was completed in Spring 2023. Bromsgrove Enterprise Park comprises 19 individual industrial/warehouse units constructed in five terraces, with units ranging in size from 1,000 to 7,000 sq ft. The development is located is to the south of Bromsgrove town centre with easy access to the A38, M5 and M42. Lettings in Phase 1 were negotiated by Kyle Pugh, graduate surveyor at GJS Dillon, and Andrew Lewis, commercial agency director.
